
5 ways to increase Metabolism
1. drink as much water as you can.
2. form you muscle by lifting wight at least 2 times a week , exercise regularly, or do yoga.
3. add more spice for example pepper, ginger, or basil.
4. sleep at least 7 hours.
5. never fast any meal but giving up sugar

do you sleep up to 7 hrs everyday?
i really want to but seems like i'd never be able to manage it. :(
